Is this a hotel or homestay?

Rice Harmony is a hotel resort project, not a traditional hotel or homestay. It’s a property development where each villa is privately owned and professionally managed to generate long-term rental income for investors.

Can I invest in a unit?

Investment is not per unit. You invest in the entire resort complex, which includes five villas and shared facilities. Each investor holds a share of the full project and earns returns from the overall rental income generated by the resort

How do I get updates about my investment?

As an investor, you will receive monthly reports and real-time updates through our secure dashboard or via WhatsApp, depending on your preference.

Who handles the management?

We do. Our team takes care of everything, check-ins, repairs, maintenance, guest communication, and monthly reporting, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Is this open for foreign investors?
